Brothers, Vic and John Guberina started their original service workshop, located on a tomato farm in Warriewood on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and repairing everything from cars to farming equipment. The original G Brothers entrepreneurship.

G Brothers moved their workshop and operations to the current Service Centre location on Bassett Street in Mona Vale, becoming agents for Volkswagen, Daihatsu, Subaru and Audi Quattro.

G Brothers became an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealership and expanded operations across both Sales and Service. A true success story of hard work and passion leading G Brothers to a globally respected brand, and one of the first Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Sydney. 

When it comes to awards, we’ve set a cracking pace from the early days! G Brothers was voted as Dealer of the Year in 1979. An incredible achievement in a short timeframe, and acknowledgement of the real achievement in providing first-class customer service.

G Brothers Mercedes-Benz acquired a new site on the corner of Barrenjoey Road and Bassett Street and moved Sales operations, this is the current New Car Sales Showroom, an iconic and recognisable part of the Mona Vale community.

The existing New Car Sales Showroom was rebuilt to provide a premium destination for clients to enjoy and experience the growing range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

The existing New Car Showroom you see today was constructed, an architectural masterpiece honouring the prestige Mercedes-Benz brand. At the same time, we were acknowledged as a Mercedes-AMG Performance Centre, one of only three in Sydney and we also opened the doors to our Certified Pre-Owned Showroom.
